Conditions
- Standard, or individually adapted payments of the purchase
price, paid by blocked account, commensurate with the advance of
the construction. Specific drawing in agreement with the
approved timetable is guaranteed by an independent auditor.
- A further possibility is to mortgage the apartment. In such a
case the client pays a deposit of at least 30% of the price of
the apartment. It is possible to drawn on the mortgage for the
residual sum.
